Rebecca Sumsion - Owner

Rebecca has previously worked as a recruitment manager prior to setting up U-Hire. She has also worked as an advertising manager for a large publisher in the West Country and also the local police constabulary as a coroner's officer and office manager. She understands that to run an agency with a difference, we need to look after the people who mean the most to the company, our clients and candidates and she is fully aware of all types of staffing issues and its costs. Rebecca has some of the best knowledge of the recruitment industry and cares about the role she has to play in her candidates' careers. Rebecca specialises in the Property, financial services and IT/Technical sectors.

Holly Burton - Recruitment Consultant

Holly started her career in the Sales and Marketing industry, She came to recruitment for a new challenge and has thrived with her appetite for succeeding, she has a large understanding of being a candidate and a recruiter, and can see both sides of the processes, understanding that communication is a key skill for any job to be done right. Holly understands what is needed in the recruitment market place and will deliver it. Holly is our contact for all Sales/Marketing and Administrative/Customer Services vacancies.

Daniella Walkes - Recruitment Manager

Dani has been working in recruitment for over 4 years and has excellent knowledge of the recruitment industry as a whole. Dani started with U-Hire to manage the business while Becki is on maternity leave. Dani's strengths lie within the media sector, but has successfully managed campaigns across most of the commercial sectors.
