We pride ourselves in being the only ethical recruiter in our area, and are governed by strict guidelines to ensure we work to both our clients and candidates best interest.

We have over ten years of recruitment experience covering all aspects including HR and we have recruiters that have been trained and qualified by the Recruitment & Employment Confederation standards.

This means our service is all about quality and we aim to keep our client base manageable to ensure our service levels to our customers never falls. We recruit only for a select few sectors so we can give the majority of our time and resources searching and placing the candidates that ask us to find them work.

As a consultancy service, we can advise on queries from clients and candidates alike. If there is new legislation for employers, it is our promise to learn, understand it and advise them on it. We are equally committed to our candidates and we will ensure they understand the regulations that apply to them, for example: pay and holiday regulations and we will answer any queries they may have.

We are available for our clients and candidates to contact us 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We believe that clear and honest communication is the key to successful relationships between us and our customers and we promise to keep our clients and candidates fully updated at all times.
