Rebecca Sumsion CM - Managing Director

Rebecca has previously worked as a recruitment manager prior to setting up U-Hire. She has also worked as an advertising manager for a large publisher in the West Country and also the local police constabulary as a coroner`s officer and office manager. She understands that to run an agency with a difference, we need to look after the people who mean the most to the company − our clients and candidates and she is fully aware of all types of staffing issues and its costs. Rebecca has some of the best knowledge of the recruitment industry and cares about the role she has to play in her candidates` careers. Rebecca specialises in the Property, financial services and IT/Technical sectors.

Ceri Burdett - Recruitment Manager

Ceri has been working within the recruitment industry for 7 years as a Recruitment Manager. Prior to entering into this sector, Ceri was a deputy manager for a large hotel chain. Ceri understands fully the pressure of recruitment needs/costs for her clients, and works hard to keep these to a complete minimum. She also understands and matches each candidate to each job role, to ensure the placement is that for the foreseeable future, not just a "short term fix" which is a crucial factor in the current market.

Ceri specialises in the commerical office, sales and hospitality.
